What we value in our graduates
¿ Master¿s degree (recent graduate or final-year student) in Economics, Finance, Econometrics, Engineering, or a related field
¿ Experience with economic, financial, or accounting data analysis (programming skills are a plus for Track 2)
¿ Strong analytical thinking, the ability to work independently, and a solution-driven mindset
¿ Eagerness to learn and thrive in a stimulating, high-performance environment
¿ Excellent English skills (our working language)
¿ Another European language is an asset
¿ Previous work or internship experience in related fields is a plus
